I add some beer and let the fermentation create all the good stuff. I've been doing that for years and have an amazing garden and lawn. 8)

Does this start to stink after a few days? And do you recommend watering with this water daily, or every once in a while?

You can make fertilizer and compost this way…. mix it with some green, brown and water, then drill holes over the top for air filtration, replace with a non-hole top and shake a couple times daily and in the bottom will be fertilizer….. ; )

Unfortunately this is nonsense. A few days is not enough to break down organic material into nutrients that plants can use. It takes months or even years. What you got is brown water. Nothing more, nothing less.
